OPSEC OPerational SECurity, is always of the utmost importance. Please take the time
to read the OPSEC and Community Guidelines. A quick note here: Last Names of Sailors/Recruits are not allowed on this site. If it is in your username you will need to change your username. If yours is different from your Recruits it is still not recommended. First Names and pictures of your Recruit are allowed but remember someone can easily match them up with their "mom". So you might want to consider changing your profile picture to not include your Recruit at least for the duration of BC. It is also a good idea to make your settings for your Profile Page "viewable only to your friends".

Hard to believe isn't it :)

My son is doing well he has been stationed in Norfolk on the USS Albany, he finally got to his boat last week and seems to like those he will be working with so far. He is also getting married in a couple of weeks.

Here are a couple of groups you can join. I see that your sailor is in GL for A School, that is where my son is, although he is now done with school and awaiting orders. I don't know what your sailors rate is, but there is probably a group for that too.

Hello! So I was wondering now that our sailors are in A school, (mine is in Great Lakes) are there any groups here for those of us that still helplessly look for some sort of connection or answers with other moms? ;)  I have looked and can't find any.
