Hi Proud Navy Mom. My son left on the 8th and arrived on the 9th. Keep each other posted.Congratulations.
My son left yesterday.  His gf and I sat with him most of the day waiting for the flight itinerary.  he called at 11pm but I slept through the call.......I feel so bad!
Oh I am sorry you missed his call.  I jump every time the phone rings now.
Yes, I am planning on going.  Do you know what city they are in now?  It is so hard not knowing what is going on with them.

HI NurseKari,

My son left for bootcamp on the 7th also.  We got his box and I am waiting for the official letter with all of the "real" information!  There are a few people who also left the 7th on a discussion on the Boot Camp forum.  The title of the discussion is something like "Looking for people who leave for RTC on 2/7/2011".  It seems many people left on the 8th or 9th but I am slowly finding others who got to BC on the 7th.
