My son leaves on January 10th. Is anyone else leaving at that time?

I am suffering from slight anxiety.  Does anyone share my feelings?

My son is leaving on January 10th as well.  I am a rollercoaster of emotions.  I have been crying the last two days so I know what you are going thru.  I am a basketcase right now.
my son is leaving then too and I am proud of him but scared for him and missing him already
well we had the first bump in the road. My son is stuck in a motel since we had snow and they cancelled his flight
My feelings exactly.  The more research I do the more anxious I get.  I am proud of my son as well.  He is the last child to leave home:(.
My husband just left yesterday the 6th. I've been worried ever since I said goodbye to him and about a week before. I just had a baby a week before he left so it makes it even harder. And I can't stop worrying about him even though I know he's going to do great.

I know how you are feeling because am right behind you my son leaves January 19 but as soon as i start reading what other people are writng, it helps it gives me something to look forward to and picks me up if i am down.

Im praying for you today as your son leaves. Remember he will get a 10 second phone call when he gets there. Just let him know you are proud and support him 100%. you will get all of his cloths in the mail a week later. and his grad info and address after 2 weeks. You will start getting mail after about 4 weeks. and Im still waiting for my first offical phone call. you will be fine. Write him alot of letters. My husband says it helps him stay motivated and keeps him going. Stay really busy!!! and time will fly by as if it were just another day. Good Luck!!!
Yea make sure he knows that. Make sure that he gets alot of letters in bootcamp. Good luck to you as well! Its so great to see moms behind their sons/daughters for such a big decision.
We REALLY won't get any mail until he's been there for almost half of the duration?! Ughhhhh

You should make our son watch them. I learned alot from these!

My son also left on the 10th so at least your not alone.

My husband left January 10th-shipped from Tampa! I'm so excited for him, but it is definitely tough to not have him around.

I'm happy to have found people that have kids/spouses there at the same time! Please add me to friends and feel free to keep in touch! :) We need just as much support as they do!!
