Typo on my part! DIV 276....and I made the changes ( I think! ) on my page...thanks for your help!

I'm glad that that was a typo. I was concerned since both divisions are on the same ship.

MamaBear I am right there with you !!!  I'm waiting on box and form letter :( this waiting is killing me...

Exactly...  We actually went with him the day before swearing in and stayed at hotel and then next day to swearing in so he gave us his backpack with stuff he had taken up, I put his shirts in a baggie so I can smell his shirts when missing him...  I have been doing so good but today seems to be a tough day, just want that box of dirty clothes :)

WOO HOO !!!! My daughter just sent me a text the box has arrived !!!!  No one can open it until we are all home though lol !!!!

Anyone get the form letter for PIR 8/21 today?  Already checked my mail this morning...and nothing.

Mine arrived 6/25 and haven't gotten box or anything yet :(  this waiting game is for the birds...

My son left 6/24...finally got The Box yesterday so am anxiously awaiting the form letter! Just went through this with our other son who just completed Air Force BMT & I do believe my Mail Lady is becoming fearful of being pounced on daily. LOL So glad to have found this site! Truly a blessing:)

My son just left today 6-30-2015, and I know exactly how you feel!!

Just wanted you to know that you and your son will be ok. Everything you are feeling is normal. Believe me, I have been there. My son is a bubble head (submariner) and has been in for 2 years. My son has already made the decision to re-enlist. Now he will be heading to Bahrain later this year. I keep reminding myself that we have it easier than moms of the past. Not only can we get phone calls and letters, later we have texting, email, Facebook and Skype. Though it is not the same as hearing them bang around the house. It's nice that we have a group where everyone is going through the process together. Thank you for loaning us your son. Best of luck to your boy.

I have a peace in my heart about that. I am honored to be a Mom of a future sailor. These young men and women are our future and I appreciate their dedication to our Country!

Mama's heart is adjusting, slowly.

My son left June 25th, there is alot of emotions that come out every time someone mentions his name..but I have a lot of questions, and I know he can't call because we were instructed to leave the phone home, when will I get to hear from him?  If anyone know please let me know.  Thanks
