There is a Discussion in the PIR 10/28/2011 TG 50 7 DIVISIONS (355-360, 950) group for that Division as well.  Go there and join.

Yes!! just received  the form letter today! I thought it would be nov 4 but the letter says oct 28!!
Yes!, my son is on ship 09/ Div 359,I look forward to meeting others that is with him as well :)
Hello, we also look forward to other parents in our son's group.  Maybe they are bunkmates and we do not even know it...Have you booked your reservations yet?  I know the feeling of getting a letter, you would have thought it was Christmas when we checked the mail I still can not stop smiling.  Although he had to have his wisdom teeth (2) and a root canal.  But he is in good spirits.  Can not wait to see him.  Do you know where your son is going after graduation?  Sorry for the long responce time we have been having computer problems.  Hope to here from you soon.  Have a wonderful day.
We will also have Oct 28 but our son is ship 07 DIV 358.

Good Evening I am still not sure how this ship/div works.  If you hear from your son, like I did mine, let him know to order the package A pictures so he can get the class yearbook The Keel.  I had a chance to look at one that a fellow sailor had and it is pretty neat.  If our calculations are correct pics should be this week or next..

My husband is in Ship 09 DIV 360. Not sure if I'm going to the graduation unfortunately because there was a mess up with our bank and haven't been able to buy tickets yet. Hopefully it'll clear up in time though! I wish I knew what the liberty time frame was though. my husband got to call me today and he still didn't know for sure if he was getting time off that weekend or not. He's staying for school in great lakes. Anyone else get any information?
Join the group, PIR 10/28/2011 TG 50 7 DIVISIONS (355-360, 950), to connect with others with loved ones who are training with your SR. There is a Discussion on there for that Division.

Since your Sailor is staying in GL, he will have to check in across the street, which takes about 3-5 hours, and then he will have the rest of the weekend with you, but he will have to be back at base each night at a certain time (8:00??).

I just heard my son is graduating oct 28 i dont know the time he is on ship 07 div. 358

My son's in the same ship 07 and div 358 I think it  9am.
Yes, PIR begins at 9:00, but you need to be headed to the RTC much earlier.  The gate open at 6:30 and by 7:30 traffic is terrible.  If you are driving, leave your hotel around 6 and if you take a shuttle, take the 6:30 or 6:45 shuttle.  Go to http://www.bootcamp.navy.mil/grad_day.asp to see the Graduation Schedule.
