Submarine moms are special:

--- All of us have boys, "SAILORS!"

 --- Who serve on "boats,"

 --- With whereabouts unknown, and

--- We only get sporadic, short emails while they're out!

Tell us where your sailor serves...

Wow...I haven't been back here in some time! My son is on the USS Louisville...currently on deployment, but stationed in Pearl Harbor.

Our guy is also on the Louisville.

Hi ctownnavymom, My sailor is stationed in Pearl Harbor too.  He's an MM2 assigned to a sub, U.S.S. Bremerton.

I know he and some other guys are looking to move off base and move into a house. He was hoping for the move to happen this weekend, but that isn't happening because 'something came up.'

Hello Ladies,

My son is also on the Santa Fe.

Does anyone know how I can get in contact with his boats Ombudsman?

Thank you in advance.

Hello all,

My sailor is stationed in Groton, CT & will be going on the USS Springfield this summer. He will graduate from A school May 25th. He is a MM/Fireman's Apprentice if I have it right-still confused by all the Navy lingo-lol. Is there a group just for Moms of the USS Springfield? I've been looking but can't find one. God bless all our sons & daughters & all the military! GO NAVY!

@Popeye's Mom, My friend Linda's son is on the Springfield!  "Linda K. - Steve's mom" BTW, she is a wonderful, friendly person!!! Pat

Thank you Pat L! I'll look her up. :)

P.S. I think my son wishes I didn't do this sometimes. He acts kinda funny about it. Too bad for him! JKJK!

Thanks for the kind words Pat - you're pretty special too!  Popeye's Mom I'll send you a friend request.  I've recently found a couple of others on here who have a son on the Springfield, but haven't heard back from them.  Maybe we can finally get enough people to start a group. You're right, no one has started a Springfield group yet.

My son is stationed in Bangor WA, USS NEVADA, gold crew... Of course we live in GA closer to Kings Bay...

My son Ben is a Nuke and a MM3.  He's currently on leave.  He just finished the Nuke program, but has orders to report to USS West Virginia in a few weeks.

Michelle;

My son Robert is on the USS West Virginia, Missle Tech.. Welcome aboard.

Texas anyone?
