Hi law1999 here are a few ways.
If you want to get Informed Delivery®, go to https://realmail.usps.com/box/pages/intro/start.action and put in your ZIP Code and see if it is available in your area. If it is then Sign up. With this service you can get images of the mail that will be placed in your mailbox each day. Black and white images of your actual letter-sized mail pieces, processed by USPS® sorting equipment, will be provided to you each morning. (The Form Letter is metered mail. Letters from your recruit have a stamp.)

From my Understanding some Moms use it for BC but not for A school.
Hi law1999 - by saying you "read the article about Sandboxx" are you referring to my post on the main page? (If not, please read it as it explains RTC's view on it.)
I myself never used it but I have heard many say that they used it and loved it. From what I have heard it can be a little on the pricey side, but your letters will get there almost immediately. Just keep in mind that others are reading the letters so don't send personal info that you wouldn't want shared.
With that being said - it is only recommended to use while your SR is at boot camp. After that it becomes an OPSEC violation. Also, keep in mind you still need to wait until you have the official address from your SR before you start sending out letters!
You might decide to do a few letters through Sandboxx and a few handwritten - it's just your personal preference. Hope this helps!
yes I was referring to your post on the main page about it. I was just curious if anyone used it and their opinions on it. Thanks for the info:)
