So they must sing together???  How wonderful :) Have you posted on  the 02/913 FB forum yet?  If you feel inclined or have a chance please friend request me.  Talk soon :)

This is getting more exciting now that there are more moms on here.  I was beginning to think I was one of only a few 913 moms.

I agree!!!! :)))))))  I can not believe you were all here all these weeks.  I can't wait to meet more loved ones on these sites :)

this is great news on all the solos! my daughter has a solo for PIR on piccolo, Stars & Stripes Forever (not a big surprise on that song!) some of the guys are carrying flags and are instrumentalists also. can't believe we're past the half-way mark...

I don't think Dani has a solo, she just sings soprano.   We are all kinda shy and take a while to creep out of our shells lol.  Way to go on the solos though ladies and gentlemen,  you must be so proud of your girls and guys :))))  Can't wait to see the end results of all of their hard labor and the love for what they do.

I feel like the 17th will take forever to get here.  I am just really looking forward to the hugs afterward and a few hours with my girl before she leaves for another 9 months or so.  I am so very proud of her but miss her just as much as I am proud.  Is that what they call a double edge sword lol?

34 down, 30 to go.  I can't wait!

I always wanted to be a marching band groupie.  I guess this is my chance.  I love musically inclined people!

Sending good thoughts and prayers 02/913's way today! Hope they all do well on their PFA....

All this waiting to hear the hopefully good news is killing me.  AGGHHHHHH!!!!!!

Ok, it's been since last Thursday that I received a letter! My SR is counting down the days!!  I hope another letter is in the mail or a phone call!!!  Praying that all of the SR's are doing great!!

My mom just got a letter from my son. ( apparently he is only capable of writing no more than one a week.) He is just 9 seconds off on hiS running. Hopefully he has passed by now . Can't wait to see him on the 17 th. I thought the hardest part would be sending him off. Now the hardest part is waiting to see him again. I guess you can't stop being a mom. Anyone else got insider info? Not knowing what's going on is tuff!

I get a lot of info from the FB forum for 02/913 as well as letters our daughter sends. Yesterday pictures were done. Monday next week is their final PFA and then Battlestations. There are 84 recruits now. Some of the recruits were awarded a phone call home yesterday for scoring a 5.0 on their inspections. We still do not know what scarf color the division has decided on...if any. Their division flag is a puffed up penquin on one side and Navy angry bird on the other. That is about all I know for now. We are expecting another letter this week. Our SR has passed the PFA that was on the 20th. She does have stress fractures in both ankles so we are praying she does well on Monday next week on the final PFA.

Hope everyone receives news this week and that everyone is doing well!
