Welcome to the Division Discussion for Divisions 391 and 392

These two divisions are brother divisions and will be training together from the beginning through BS21 their final test. Your SRs, soon to be SAILORS, are becoming friends, and some of them may be heading to A School together.

Get to know each other, your SRs are!

Please still use the Main Wall of the PIR Group to post questions, and concerns, we “veteran” moms don’t always get to into the discussion area as often as we would like.

Every single question that is asked is important Every single concern is genuine Every single member is important to us We don't want to accidentally overlook any of them or you.

Hang in there!!!

Recieved 2 letters on friday

Yes I've received 4 letters so far. You can call your SR s recruiter and ask why u haven't gotten a letter yet, but he or she may get in trouble for not writing if that's the case.
Hi my son is 391 and is heading to Groton, Conn for A-school

No letter yet from my son and to make it worse i missed his call on Sat.  Hoping to get a letter or another call this weekend.

Ok looks like maybe we just have not got letters yet. I don't feel so bad everyone else is waiting also. Praying for all of us to get letters by tomorrow! So we can hear what great things our recruits are doing!!!! Have a Haapy Friday everyone....

We got a letter! We got a letter!!! He said "I don't even feel like I'm in the military, just a strict summer school. Time is going by at its pace, but I got to make the best of this. Write be back cause I'm bored." There was more he wrote. I was so excited to see our letter that i started jumping up and down! Its amazing how a little chicken scratch from your kid can put you on cloud 9!!! BTW, the letter does not smell like him, I checked!!!
Finally got the letter today! So nice to hear from our daughter. She says took a bit of getting used to waking up at the crack of dawn but its been ok. Told us about the swim test and how nervous she was but passed!

Finally got the form letter and an actual letter in my mailbox at the same time! So freaking happy!

Hello...my daughter is in Div 392 and will head to Pensacola for A school. I received my second call today and got a letter from her on Friday. Ready for October to get here!!
