Good Sonday morning yall! Dont forget to post also on the regular site and not just here. Yes right now the guys are being yelled at and are sleep deprived.. It will stay that was for about 4 more weeks. Then it changed... the smart arses who are causing trouble will being to stop causing it... they will start to work as a SPEC OPS team and the RDCs will lighten up on them somewhat! B was a stick (carried a flag at PIR) because he was a group leader. You kids will writed home and tell you about their jobs... Starboard watch, corpsman, etc etc... so they actually have duties while there.
Good Monday morning ladies! Just a reminder to be very very careful posting too much info. The site is open to the Whole World!
Hi Bonnie, I would like to help..I just don't know how to send a private message....
Bonnie - I have several moms from my PIR group whose boys are there in SWCC hell training! Woow what a rate he chose. God bless him! Be sure to come to the regular site and visit with the whole group at large..
O yay...Im so glad you got it...one more milestone...lol...Im hoping that his note indicates that they have a good group !! Every tidbit each one of us gets from our recruit will be so interesting to everyone since they are all together. I'm so glad we have one another to get through this, it's like we are all in a little division too...
Bonnie great I was going to give you the address..... if you want to answer someones actual comment click on Reply to this in their comment.... if you want to make a comment and keep it in order - type the comment up at the top and click Add Reply.... what is you boys rate (remember no names)
AND YALL ALSO please post in the regular site tooo not just here!
So, Im seeing NRS (rescue swimmers) - EOD (explosive ordinance and demolition) - SWCC - (the guys who help the SEALS) Wooow! My son just passed his In-Test to class up for RSS (rescue Swimmer School) he is top 4 right now - classes up in January... he was hoping for the 29th....
Lydia..Congratulations to You, Your Son and Your Family...How exciting..What a relief!!! I am so Happy for you. My son is contracted for rescue swimmer also...I can only imagine the joy of good news like that...Have a great day...
Thank goodness! I was wanting to ask you but was afraid.. Prayers were answered!
All I've gotten was the form letter. I haven't received any other letters or phone calls. It doesn't sound like too many have gotten anything from this division.
I was told by my sons recruiter that spec ops are treated differently from other divisions. They are harder on them and stricter. I'm just hoping their RDC is one of the nicer ones even though they are supposed to be tougher on them. My sons friend went to BC 2 months ahead of my son and we didn't hear anything from him for 4 weeks. I'm hoping we don't have to wait THAT long......Has anybody been told that this group will most likely be grad n go? My sons recruiter told us this before he left. He said it would be very unlikely that he would stay long after graduation. He said it is typical for spec ops to be gng...anywhere from a couple of hours to a few hours...he didn't say anything about going to the airport to see them so I am so grateful for Lydia's stories and information about that..:-)
