Choose your Username. For the privacy and safety of you and/or your sailor, NO LAST NAMES ARE ALLOWED, even if your last name differs from that of your sailor (please make sure your URL address does not include your last name either). Also, please do not include your email address in your user name. Go to "Settings" above to set your Username. While there, complete your Profile so you can post and share photos and videos of your Sailor and share stories with other moms!

Join groups! Browse for groups for your PIR date, your sailor's occupational specialty, "A" school, assigned ship, homeport city, your own city or state, and a myriad of other interests. Jump in and introduce yourself! Start making friends that can last a lifetime.

OPSEC - Navy Operations Security
Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind. In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships." OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.
DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.
DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

**UPDATE 4/26/2022** Effective with the May 6, 2022 PIR 4 guests will be allowed. Still must be fully vaccinated to attend.
**UPDATE as of 11/10/2022 PIR vaccination is no longer required.
**UPDATE 7/29/2021** You now must be fully vaccinated in order to attend PIR:
In light of observed changes and impact of the Coronavirus Delta Variant and out of an abundance of caution for our recruits, Sailors, staff, and guests, Recruit Training Command is restricting Pass-in-Review (recruit graduation) to ONLY fully immunized guests (14-days post final COVID vaccination dose).

Please note! Changes to this guide happened in October 2017. Tickets are now issued for all guests, and all guests must have a ticket to enter base. A separate parking pass is no longer needed to drive on to base for parking.

Ok, I just got my form letter and my daughter is in this division. Since one was not started for this group, thought I would start it! I am so excited to start writing letters and passing her address to the 25 family members that want it! LOL Anyone else in this division? My daughter left on Tuesday 5/8 from Cleveland MEPS!

macamc - Congrats on receiving your 1st letter! That's great. I'm glad to hear your son is doing ok. Maybe I'll get a letter this weekend. I really am hoping so. I miss him so much. This is much more difficult than I thought it would be. I'm hanging in.....but would love to hear from him. I think you may be the 1st one in our group to get a letter!!

It is harder than I thought too :( . I have writen 4 times already lol. Can not wait to hear from my daughter as well. Glad I finally found a group that can relate :)

My daughter is in Ship 09 Div 209 .She left May 9th. Was happy to get graduation date but Can not Wait to get a letter .

My son is in this division too, he left from Georgia May 7th, miss him like crazy, looking forward to a proper letter but knowing him it won't say much LOL.

I feel the same way!!! My daughter usually doesn't tell me everything---maybe that is good but I just want to know she is holding her own!

I got my 1st letter...WHOAAAAHHH! Although I haven't read it yet, it's at home and I'm at work. lol. He also wrote his grandparents and brother. Now I can't wait to get home...few more hours. From the sounds of his letter to his grandmother, he's doing well and likes it......even the food is good (huh??). I feel so much better just knowing that we heard from him!
