For the privacy and safety of you and/or your sailor, NO LAST NAMES ARE ALLOWED, even if your last name differs from that of your sailor (please make sure your URL address does not include your last name either). Also, please do not include your email address in your user name. Go to "Settings" above to set your Username. While there, complete your Profile so you can post and share photos and videos of your Sailor and share stories with other moms!

Join groups! Browse for groups for your PIR date, your sailor's occupational specialty, "A" school, assigned ship, homeport city, your own city or state, and a myriad of other interests. Jump in and introduce yourself! Start making friends that can last a lifetime.

OPSEC - Navy Operations Security
Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind. In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships." OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.
DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.
DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

**UPDATE 4/26/2022** Effective with the May 6, 2022 PIR 4 guests will be allowed. Still must be fully vaccinated to attend.
**UPDATE as of 11/10/2022 PIR vaccination is no longer required.
**UPDATE 7/29/2021** You now must be fully vaccinated in order to attend PIR:
In light of observed changes and impact of the Coronavirus Delta Variant and out of an abundance of caution for our recruits, Sailors, staff, and guests, Recruit Training Command is restricting Pass-in-Review (recruit graduation) to ONLY fully immunized guests (14-days post final COVID vaccination dose).

Welcome to the Division Discussion for Divisions 215 and 216
These two divisions are brother divisions and will be training together from the beginning through BS21 their final test. Your SRs, soon to be SAILORS, are becoming friends, and some of them may be heading to A School together.
Get to know each other, your SRs are!
Please still use the Main Wall of the PIR Group to post questions, and concerns, we “veteran” moms don’t always get to into the discussion area as often as we would like.

Good morning everyone and Happy Memorial Day to all. I'm very excited and nervous as the days get closer. I'm not sure how the holiday is for our SRs but hopefully their allowed a phone call home. I really need to hear his voice it's been weeks. Did anyone get Battle Station date?

A week from now I will be on my way to the Airport! I am getting so excited! Not only will I see my brand new sailor, I will get to see my sailor that is station in VA. She is flying in to see her sister graduate. It's gonna be a beautiful reunion!
I bet you are just as excited as I am : )
Keep our phone close by, because once you get that call you know your SR has made it onto a bright new future! I'm so happy for all of them and all of us : )

What a roller coaster of emotions!!!!! So excited to hear that your daughter will be joining you too! We are flying in on Thursday meeting our daughter-in-law and good friend (retired military) who has been very helpful to our SR through this process. The excitement on this website and particularly this group is palpable while we wait for the call :)

Hi everyone, lots of butterflies in my tummy. I'm glad I have today off. I was a mess at work yesterday with excitement for all the other divisions. Congradz to those Sailors and their families. Have a blessed day everyone and I cant wait to hear about our Sailor calls. Lord give our SRs strength through these final battle station hours.
