Even if they are scheduled for calls, that doesn't mean they will come. All it takes is one sailor that messes up and the whole division gets punished----like no phone calls.
yeah i kno...kinda sux though...oh well
alright ladies.....just got a phone call from erik.......their division went from 88 to 60 after Battle Stations......the 60 passed and will be graduating on time....sry to those recruits who did not pass
I got my phone call too and my son is now a Sailor, I feel really bad for the SR's and families that didn't pass last night, but I hope they get on the ball and reschedule them before Graduation. I will be praying for that to happen.
Got the "I Am Sailor Call" So pumped right now.... So proud of her and every other Sailor. Can't wait until PIR 7 more days!!!!!!

Kim
Did she say how many passed? I am just sick right now with all the conflicting info
She didn't say, and I waas just happy to hear from her that I didn't ask... So Sorry!! Have you gotten a call yet?? I know that they can not go back to sleep until tonight at 10:00 so if you didn't hear I am sure you will. I will keep my fingers crossed for you...
I haven't heard anything...
You will... Just keep your fingers crossed, I am sure he is just fine
When did she call?
3:00 my time, so 2:00 her time
My son Ethan called today - he's excited to graduate - he'd been up since yesterday morning and was ready for some sleep - I've got my ticket from Portland, Or. Flying with his best friend since they were 3 - staying at the Days Inn in Libertyville - $48.80 per night on Priceline - my son is Grad and Go over to the building across the street. He's not a temple of information, doesn't know what times we can hang out together, we come home Sat. afternoon, so hoping we can see him most of Friday and Sat. for awhile. We'll probably do some train rides to sites/places to eat or whatever he wants. I am hoping to rent a car just for airport to hotel and take trains around locally and hoping the hotel has a shuttle to the base.

He said he pretty much likes the Navy is is really glad he joined. He said their division has won some academic challenges and have been carrying the flag during marches. He's also received expert for marksman - we're very proud of him!!
