Carol....just checking to see if you got a letter today?  I still didn't and was really surprised.  I am about 850 miles away, but still...if it was mailed on Monday, I should have gotten it by now.  I am worried that something happened and he wasn't able to write.

Just  checked  the  website  again   to  get parking  pass but it  is  still  down. Has  anyone  had  better  luck? I  really  didn't  expect  it  to  be  down  more  than  a day.

I haven't been able to get it either tells me web site can't be displayed

Hi Carol I was able to get the gate pass for PIR on 7/22/2011. I had to download Mozilla Firefox, then I

went to Groups.....PIR REFERENCE INFO DISCUSSIONS page 4. There you will see PARKING at

PIR. SCROLL DOWN to the second discussion and you'll see get gate pass.

Good Luck!

Do we have to buy a parking pass before graduation?
No  you  just  have  to  download it.
My husband said they are havinig their Final PFA's and their inspections and on friday is Test 3 he said it is the hardest test supposibly . then BS :)
9 MORE DAYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!   I am so excited!!
fyi I just printed the parking pass without any problems.
Does  anyone  know  if  our  sailors  can  bring  a  cell  phone  or/and  computer  to  A school? I  saw    they  were  not  allowed  to  bring  one back when  they  come  back after PIR celebration.
They CAN'T bring one back to RTC after PIR visit...BUT if you go to the airport with them (or meet them there)  you can give it to them before they get on the plane to go to A school...This is what I understand to be the case.  That's what I plan on doing.  :)
Kathleen...I think you posted that your son said BS was the 17th/18th...so Sunday night thru Monday morning, right?  My son wrote that "it's Monday".  I saw where newnavywife said Monday, too.  But I'm wondering if it *starts* Sunday night or starts *Monday* night.  Just wondering which day I need to be looking for the phone call....
