Welcome to the Division Discussion for Divisions 025 and 026

These two divisions are brother divisions and will be training together from the beginning through BS21 their final test. Your SRs, soon to be SAILORS, are becoming friends, and some of them may be heading to A School together.

Get to know each other, your SRs are!

Please still use the Main Wall of the PIR Group to post questions, and concerns, we “veteran” moms don’t always get to into the discussion area as often as we would like.

Every single question that is asked is important Every single concern is genuine Every single member is important to us We don't want to accidentally overlook any of them or you.

Hang in there!!!

Ditto Momm.  Counting the days....and the weeks.... well actually sometimes the hours :)

I both love and hate the counter on the PIR page!

Hello, I spoke to my son Saturday. I almost missed his call as I did the very 1st after arrival. He sounded great and told me he was enjoying Great Lakes. Looking forward to meeting everyone.

Hi bolinbunch7!

Glad to meet you. Which div is your son in? Mine is 026.

Hi, my son is also div 026.

Cool! We will have to make sure we touch base during PIR or meet and greet!

That's great :)

The winner of this week's Tuesday Trivia has a SR in DIV 25! You all will get to see your SR's in a group picture on the U.S. Navy Recruit Training Command's FB page (if I am correct?) There is only one Div 25 at Boot Camp, right? YAY! I'm jealous!

WE have a Sailor in 025 !!!!! You just made my day :)  I have missed both phone calls, am missing him so bad it hurts.  I am SO THRILLED

Yay!!! I am so happy for you Bethin!!!

Ok, ladies. What are all your SRs going to be when they grow up? lol!

Mine will be Gunner's Mate. So he gets to stay in GL for A school. Which makes me incredibly happy, since we live in Michigan! We are staying all weekend after PIR and leaving Monday morning. All four other kids (and 1 soon-to-be son-in-law) are going with us. Should be a very unconventional Thanksgiving for us!

Mine is AD  Machinist Mate and will be going to Pensacola for A school - about the same distance away from us as Great Lakes....His  long term goal is West Coast but that was before BC :)  I'm hoping being away changes his plan to Norfolk or at least East Coast !
