Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind. In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships." OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.
DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.
DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

I see you have joined the group, PIR 03/01/2013; that will be your "home port" while your SR is in BC and where you can connect with others with loved ones in that TG. Know that Divisions 103 and 104 are brother divisions and train together and will have Battle Stations-21 together, so look for others with loved ones in either division. There will later be a discussion within that group for the two divisions.
You may also want to join, or at least check out, Boot Camp Moms (and loved ones), PIR Reference Information, and New Members Stop Here. There will be a lot of great information and support for you in those groups as well as in the PIR group. Be sure to check out the Pages (found under the pictures of the Members) and Discussions within the groups.

Join the groups I incuded in the reply above, beginning with PIR 03/01/2013. I urge you to check out the Pages (found under the pictures of the Members) and Discussions within the groups, especially OPSEC and PERSEC (Making Changes To Your Profile) within Boot Camp Moms (and loved ones), There are some changes at the bottom that you need to make.
(To join a group, click on the group name and after the group page opens, click on “+ Join...” in the upper right.)
thats the worst part i know, but i was told no news is good news most of the time. If you get a call this early in BC it's usualy because something is wrong. so be strong.
My son is ship 13 division 103. Haven't heard anything from him yet either, but I guess that's a good thing!!
Be sure to join the group, PIR 03/01/2013 TG 16 – 6 Divisions (101-104, 914 & 915), to connect with others with loved ones training with your SR. Check out the other groups I mentioned above as well.
