I'm glad you have the address.

SR LAST NAME, FIRST NAME, MI
SHIP 13 DIV 258
3420 SAILOR DRIVE
GREAT LAKES IL 60088-3520

You can double-check that address at http://bootcamp.navy.mil/contact_recruit.asp or Ship/Division--How it Works.

If you have not received The Form Letter from your husband, be sure to ask for the info to fill in the blanks, especially the password to get the vehicle/gate pass if you plan to drive onto the RTC. You also need to know the names of the 4 people he plans to list on the Access List when the time comes.

Thank you so much!

You are very welcome.

I have a questio. When you send letters to your SR do you send it through your regular mailbox? because for some reason i dont think my SR is getting my letters.

Yes, you send mail through the regular mail. Mail sent to your SR may take several days to get there--generally about 2 to 4 days longer than mail from your SR to you. Also recruits only receive mail Monday through Friday.

The way he was saying in the letters was like he have not gotten any of my letters and not understanding why that is? I been him letters like a couple weeks ago so he should have received at least one of them. I know that in this letter that he wrote today that send it to through postal service or he may not get them.. Which that still don't make sense to me... (This is making me very sad)

Just keep writing. He will get them.

My SR is SHIP 13 DIV 258 also.
Not sure if you know about it but there is a Facebook page for Great Lakes Recruit Training Command and every Tuesday is Trivia Tuesday. Whoever answers the question correctly first can request a picture of their choice of division. Whoever guessed correctly last week has requested DIV 258. The picture was supposed to be taken today but due to a division schedule change it will hopefully be up Friday.

oh yes I actually liked this page on facebook last month and when I went on facebook this morning I seen that they posted a picture of divison 258 but my SR was not in the picture, Im thinking maybe he could of been on watch or something.

He may be there. The recruits really do look alike and sometimes not like you would expect them to look like with their shorter hair and BCG's for some when loved ones are used to seeing them with contacts or civilian frames. If he wasn't in the pic, he may get to be pictured separately, which would be nice for you.
