Welcome to the Division Discussion for Divisions 313 AND 314

These two divisions are brother divisions and will be training together from the beginning through BS21 their final test. Your SRs, soon to be SAILORS, are becoming friends, and some of them may be heading to A School together.

Get to know each other, your SRs are!

Please still use the Main Wall of the PIR Group to post questions, and concerns, we “veteran” moms don’t always get to into the discussion area as often as we would like.

Every single question that is asked is important

Every single concern is genuine

Every single member is important to us

We don't want to accidentally overlook any of them or you.

Hang in there!!!

Good morning everyone...

Oh how this sucks seeing everyone else get their calls and knowing we have to wait until next week! Good luck to us all on Captain's Cup this weekend! Know our boys will kick butt!

SeaBee Mom you aren't kidding.  I didn't realize this last week would be THE absolute longest week of all of boot camp. I wonder if our boys realize how stressful this is for us? I know they're probably pumped up & excited about BS- that's not exactly the word I'd use to describe how I'm feeling. LOL!

I know right?!?!?!?! Just printed off gate passes even though we plan on parking at the train station. Want to do ribbons but I can't concentrate on anything long enough to get them done. Thankfully my boss has been a saint about my lack of brain function lately!

Good morning everyone...I received a letter from my SR div 314 yesterday, I thought I wasn't getting one cuz Thursday is my normal mail day from him. He said they were training on firefighting and confidence chamber(gas) was supposed to be earlier last week. He also said everyone is doing good and excited and anxious (just like all of us) for the upcoming events...have a nice weekend.
Good morning everyone. I totally agree with you both...it feels like the days are dragging. Haven't been sleeping good, been getting up at 3:00 am...if anyone gets that special long-waited call (lol) please post, cuz we might be on our flight...thank you...thank you...been going through bottles of tums. Daughter came back from weeks of underway & she's able to calm me down a little bit. At least she know now what I went through 3 years ago when she was in boot camp. Here's to all our SRs, I know they will all do great...
Ladies...I completely agree. This is worse for me than the 1st 2 weeks. Of course my son's group would be the last BS group to go. lol. I am a ball of nerves. I told my boss I should have taken the whole week off. I feel helpless. 3 more days...We will be official Navy Moms.

At least we are not going through it alone here. Thank goodness for the internet and these groups. I can't imagine what my parents went through so many years ago.

Tonight's our night ladies!!! Prayers for all the SRs and all of you are out!!!
I'm so nervous!!! I can't consentrate on anything!! Even driving!! We just have to remember that our SR's are excited and looking forward to it!! My husbad was very excited and said he couldn't wait! Even though I'm a nervous wreck here!! God bless every one and prayers!!
Blue candles burning through the house all night tonight! Prayers for all of our recruits!
Prayers for all of our SR's tonight. Can't wait for "the Call" tomorrow. I have been a mess all day. Can't wait to see what tonight and tomorrow brings.
