Hi, I am a new mom to this whole process. This is my first son who joined the Navy. I am so proud of him and the man that he is. He left for GL on May 19. Just found out that this is is ship # and Div. #. Was wondering if there were others who had someone with the same. Would love to chat with you since we have something in common. I'm sure we will have questions coming up later on. lol

Hello Cody's mom!!! I received my first letter on thurs, 6/09 (which was my birthday)!! i was so excited!! he sounded really good and talked about how the division is really becoming a united division! he has made some awesome friends and sounded really positive. he said he loved it! he misses everyone but he was good and healthy! He said to please keep the letters coming because it makes him feel like it's a piece of home. How's your SR doing?
Hey "cody's mom"!!! I just noticed that we don't live too far apart! would you like to do lunch sometime and chat!!!! Let me know and I'll meet you somewhere in between.

I would love to meet you for lunch and he's going into submarine computer electronics. Said he should be stationed in Conneticut after bootcamp.  Way too far away from home!  I've been having seperation anxiety so bad its not even funny! I know I gotta let go and I am so very proud of him but the mama in me just wants to keep him with me! Everyone said it will get better but i'm not so sure about that! I would love to chat with you so give me a holler!

CT is where his school will be, he could be stationed at any sub base after that.
