I'll read that, but he just asked me to be there at 3am because he wants me to spend time with him.

I'll ask him again when he calls. :)

It will be me and my mom, and Im not sure which one we're going to. I think we (THIS GROUP) should try to go to the same one, that would be cool. :)  Let me know what you all think.

and Have a happy new year!

Thanks Amy. I read it, and i see what FTLW means about everything being subject to change.

I may have to tell my husband tough luck, and I'll see him that next Wednesday in SC. lol. But I'll play it by ear..
He just told me that he wanted me to be there at the airport (not sure which yet), just so I can spend more time with him..
So as of right now my plan is to drop him off after his liberty on Friday..and me get soem sleep...then around 2-3 get up and meet him at whichever airport. But yeah, this may or may not happen. I'm worried about my getting up that early, and driving back home 8 hours.

I decided to drive instead of flying, my mom and I are heading up there on Wednesday 2-1-12, we plan to spend Thursday in the city with some friends we have who live there...Its actually cheaper for us to drive. Though if anyone else is looking for flights check out Southwest and United - they have AMAZING deals. :) Plus they're great to fly with.

Michael, my husband, said he would be calling me again next week, so when he does I'll ask him about all this, or I'll just write him.

Thanks!! :)

What does everyone think about the Scarf idea? I think it would be awesome. So, what color would you all be interested in wearing? :)

Happy New Year!!!

Trisha I think the scarf idea is great, We should do that. :)

My son is in this ship and I like the scarf idea. Did you choose a color yet?

I thought Gold would be a good color. Its strong, and will look nice next to their blue uniforms. :)

What do you all think about starting a facebook page for our ship and div? just a private group. I know many more ladies who do not use this site and they have sons,bf,husbands, in the same ship div as ours. Let me know and I'll set one up.

Love to you all! <3

I think its a great idea Trisha. U should go for it :)

Gold is a great color!

Glad you're good with it.

So I've been contemplating my outfit for graduation. It will be too cold for a dress/skirt, plus thats not really my style. I'm thinking of wearing some nice khaki's, a navy blue sweater, and my gold scarf. :) What do you all think? :)

And I'm going to start a page for our ship/div. :) I think it would be easier for us to stay in touch on facebook after we get through PIR. :)

Hey. I created a facebook page for our ship/div. If you would like to be added to it, you can add me on facebook.

:) Thanks. <3

oh, I guess in order for you to add me to facebook you need my name, but we're not supposed to put our last names here. So you can inbox me on this site, and I'll give you my info.

Hello everyone, I have finally been approved to post stuff, wheehoo! My son John is in ship 12, Div-054 and I just found this forum. I would like to know what the scarf thing is all about that I have seen? Have any of the families received any calls recently? I have not talked to my son since he went to bootcamp, missed his one and only call about 3 weeks ago. Any new info on what the division has been up to? Thank you, Loni
