Hello, my son is about to graduate from BC and going to AT/AE school I don' t know which yet. Anyway, my question is will he need or even want a laptop down in FL with him? If so I was going to take him one after graduation to give to him at the airport if not then we could wait.

Good morning all!

Sherrill- I loved your comment of  lots of poo in your house! I couldn't stop laughing! I agree with Mommy, it sounds like fun! We have a Chi mix named Moose and a very tiny Pomeranian named Mia.( she weighs all of 6 lbs) They are both rescue puppies. Mia is 7 and Moose is 2. They sure fill our home with joy!

Hope you all have a great weekend!

TGIF AT Ladies ~ make it a good one & make it count!

Looking forward to the weekend, glad we're off Monday! Spoiled from the holidays; first full work week (5 days) was a killer....

I need to get busy and update Ryan's scrapbook. I am so far behind :(

Ready for date night with the hubby...fajitas & ritas!

BTW, Happy Friday 13th.....

Hey Y'all.  @Joshmom, I know how you feel.  It has been less than 6-months since I had a 19-year old SR at RTC.  Can't imagine the feelings that family is going through.  Also all the other SR's, Cheif's and RTC.  More info is going to be on RTC site later today. It is really a Navy Family.

Still cold here in the Deep South, but no rain today.  Sailor is in Albuquerque, NM visiting a friend.  Leaves today headed to Las Vegas, for a little fun.

Loved the pictures, beautiful daughter and cute puppy.  We have a pug named Lucy.  Lucy and I have long talks about missing our Sailor and when he might be coming home.  Y'all have a great day.

Morning AT Gals from a windy and cold Texas.....BRRRR

Talked to Ryan last night and it was snowing at Tinker! Checked the weather this morning and it was a whopping 8 degrees with the wind chill. BIG difference from last week!!

Placed my order for Girl Scout cookies :-)

Morning from windy Colorado...

Our thoughts and prayers are with the Regelin family!

Mommy- Your Kaylee is sure precious and little Oliver is adorable! What kind of puppy is Oliver? You won't believe this, but we have a Kaylee in our family too! She is 22.

Reds- Girl Scout Cookies!! I will have to buy some and ship them off before Hank discovers them! lol No, he is doing great on cutting outt the sweets. But he can still sniff them out!! Every young family in our area who has young kids knows to stop and sell to us Girl Scouts , Boy Scout all of the teams and the band kids too! Hanks sweet tooth has quite the following!

Hope you all have a great day!

Good Morning from a cold & snowy Missouri

Prayers go out to the family of the recruit who lost his life yesterday at RTC.  Even though I don't know the recruit or his mom I feel like they're family.  I've been crying so much since I got the news.  My son was just at RTC two weeks ago and now this has happened.  During BC you get so close to other moms and when something happens to someone you really feel their pain.  It really makes me understand the meaning & closeness of the "Navy Family".
