NEWS ALERT: Girl Scout Cookies go on sale this weekend!!!!

My son just LOVES these and was a huge hit last year at PNAS when I sent him a care package of cookies :-)

We also have a group here in Cypress that collects donations and send packages overseas to all branches. Always puts a huge smile on their faces when received!!

Hey Y'all.  It's another rainy day in the south.  Much in prayer for the Regelin Family, that really brings home the reality of what our children have chosen for their life.  Have a great day.

Good morning from a wet & dreary MO.  My heart goes out to the family of Chad Regelin.  Losing a child is a mothers worst nightmare.  I know that all too well.  My prayers are with them all.

Ahh - Puppies!  I got a new puppy when I hit rock bottom in my life and she was the best therapy for me.  Now 2 1/2 years later she's still a puppy only an 80 lb one!  I love her though - she's the only one I can truly tell my emotions too.

You all have a great day!

Well, here it is Wednesday again! Boy things are slow around here,. Crazy weather for us too...60 degrees one day and -2 below that night. Should be getting a dusting of snow today but cold temps and wind. I would rather have 6 in. of snow than the winds...

Haven't heard much from B since he returned to P'cola...Nor Jessi for that matter. Married kids...humm! LOL

Have a good day all, Toodles!

Texas back and reporting for Tuesday muster.....

MNM - want to talk about a weather roller coaster ride.....we are in the 70s Monday and 2 to 6 inches of rain fall all over the City. Then this moring we wake to low 40s and 20mph northerly winds. Wednesday we will be back in the 70s and then finally Thursday on we will be back in the high 40s during the day and right at 30-32 for the nights.

I'm not quite sure what to ear from day to day...even our poor trees don't know whether to drop their leaves or NOT....LOL

On a happier note, we all have our health, back at work, youngest started second year of college and Sailor safely arrived back at base Sunday evening. All is GooD at the homefront :-)

My son and husband both watch/ed the Navy EOD Afghan!

CONGRATS to Alabama for a GREAT game; 2012 BCS CHAMPS!!

Hey marine_navy mom where you from? You've got the same weather forecast as me - I'm in Missouri.  We have a saying here "If you don't like the weather stick around it will change"
