For the privacy and safety of you and/or your sailor, NO LAST NAMES ARE ALLOWED, even if your last name differs from that of your sailor (please make sure your URL address does not include your last name either). Also, please do not include your email address in your user name. Go to "Settings" above to set your Username. While there, complete your Profile so you can post and share photos and videos of your Sailor and share stories with other moms!

Join groups! Browse for groups for your PIR date, your sailor's occupational specialty, "A" school, assigned ship, homeport city, your own city or state, and a myriad of other interests. Jump in and introduce yourself! Start making friends that can last a lifetime.

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind. In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships." OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.
DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.
DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

Sherrill, I am so glad to hear you got a phone call from Japan! It is so sweet to hear their voices and everyone gets a turn!!
We had a quiet a quiet day yesterday...just relaxed and enjoyed each other's company (Hank and I) I like those days! :)
Merry Dec 26 Gals! What a wonderful time we had yesterday... I am hooked! Abi has completely captured my heart!! I keep wondering why We didn't get another 2yr old before this everybody should have one!! She had a marvelous time and so did "Auntie Connie"!! Thanks for all of the ideas for Jessi, she loved the things we got her too! Brandon was spoiled rotten as usual. Hank and I had a great time.

It is early Christmas morning and it is Crisp and Still and mostly White out... a great time for reflecting. This has been a year of Wonder, illness, Pride,Trials and Love! We ( Hank and I) are so blessed by our Strong Son and now his wife Jessi and Abi I am so thankful for all of you my friends as well. Blessings and warm wishes to you all and your Sailors, your wonderful families. I send warm wishes for a Joyous Christmas and a Happy Healthy New Year!

Good Morning y'all from the not so sunny south. Hope you all have a wonderful Christmas Eve and Christmas Day and my all of your dreams come true. As for here, packages wrapped, candy made, and just waiting on the Hoho to show.

MNM- I pray you were not held up too long in Denver! It looked pretty bad there last night! Then it sounds like the "Santa Anna's" are acting up in Ca. Hope you had safe travels!
Reds- Did your little fingers grow back yet? Wow you really must have had a lot of wrapping to do! I like what you said about it being too bare under the Christmas Tree! I hope that it dries out down there for Christmas! I know that you really need the moisture, so do we! Only 6 more days!! I haven't learned the Skype thing yet... but I am sure that we will use it eventually!
