Yay! Florence Huskies! Colorado High School 2A Division State Champions!! Hubs says they had to plow the field a couple of times and that they played in a blizard and it was 18 degrees at game time! Brrrrrr!
Sherrill- I don't know about a Skyped wedding? HA! Best of luck with all of your wedding plans! B and Jessi are doing the simple court house wedding this time, then we will celebrate with Friends and Family later.
Morning ladies! 14 days!! It is 32 degrees and snowy this morning...just hoping that the winds stay away. It looks like a giant snow globe out there right now! So pretty!
Talked to B last evening! Wedding plans are still on! He is sounding sooo much better with all of these changes. Maturity accounts for so much and he really is dealing with this so much better. He is hoping for a Carrier assignment, we'll see. He will be going back to Great Lakes after leave for 2 weeks school and then off to where his orders take him.
I feel like decorating today, but the hubs is heading north for State High School Football. Our team is in the finals. Should be brisk...high of 20 degrees and snow! He will be prepared though, working outside in those temps all of these years in construction, so he has all of the proper gear!
Have a great weekend!
good evening my girlies!!
glad you like my Sailor Snowman....i'm gonna work on him tomorrow and kind of "tighten" him up a bit...he looks a bit "loosey goosey". will put up some lights tomorrow.
hope all of you are having a perfectly wonderful evening!!!!
Dancing happy with you Reds- B will be home in 15 days!! We are doing the tree this weekend and am hoping that Jessi and Abi (B's Fiance' and her little girl) Can come and help us decorate! I am more excited for this Christmas than I've been in a while! Still hoping the kids can get married while he is home..not sure what this new direction for B will allow for them!
HooYah! Friday! This has been a loooong week. Hope you all have a great weekend.
Cathy, hope you will post a picture....i would love to see your tree : )
That is too cute Connie! My tree is decorated red, white and blue and I have small US & Navy flags inserted throughout it for decoration.
although...looking at my Sailor Snowman....i think he needs a little more "work" still.....
Merry Christmas Mateys : ) look at his hat!!!!
