Choose your Username.  For the privacy and safety of you and/or your sailor, NO LAST NAMES ARE ALLOWED, even if your last name differs from that of your sailor (please make sure your URL address does not include your last name either).  Also, please do not include your email address in your user name. Go to "Settings" above to set your Username.  While there, complete your Profile so you can post and share photos and videos of your Sailor and share stories with other moms!

Make sure to read our Community Guidelines and this Navy Operations Security (OPSEC) checklist - loose lips sink ships!

Join groups!  Browse for groups for your PIR date, your sailor's occupational specialty, "A" school, assigned ship, homeport city, your own city or state, and a myriad of other interests. Jump in and introduce yourself!  Start making friends that can last a lifetime.

OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility. 

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.  

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

hello my girlies!!!  thank you for the congrats on the "balancing act"...hehehehe

well grandmaw is 85 and worries herself sick since daddy passed that she is headed straight to the "poor house" so keeping her checkbook balanced and watching over her helps keep her from going into "orbit" and worrying so much.

hope you all are having a perfectly wonderful day!!!!!

oh my gosh just around 5 today i found it....oh i am so relieved!  Grandmaw's checkbook is balanced.  although she gets really tickled at me and tells me that NONE of her old lady friends EVER balance their checkbooks.

Hi!  My boyfriend is currently in Basic and is graduating December 2nd!  He will be going to A School in Pensacola Fl. for his job as an aviation systems technician. I am new to all of this but I am so excited for him :)

hello my girlies!!!  i am still working on that BLASTED checkbook!!  i am hell bent and determined to find the mistake.  my darlin' threw up his hands over this whole issue after about a mere 20 mins.  Grandmaw still wants me to make an "adjustment" to her register.....an "adjustment"....NO WAY!!!

CC!!!  so glad to see you back and sorry to hear about your health issues.  glad to know you are doing better : ) so what's new?  well i will catch you up on my Saior who is deployed on the Bush.  he arrived on the carrier via a plane which is exactly what i had hoped for....an "arrested landing"....wowzer!!  he's doing GREAT!!!  just keeping the "home fires burning" here.

Greetings to all! I bet you thought I had fallen off the face of the earth! I have been very ill since June. Several hospitalizations and 2 major surgeries.But I am finally getting back on my feet and things are getting back  to normal. I missed you and our chats very much! I pray that you have all been well and that your Sailors are well too! Sooo, what's new girlies?

good morning all. pretty cold here. hopefully ice and snow will melt today. Cant imagine snow covered grass for halloween.
