Happy Birthday to your Marine Son, MNM!
We just got back from Whidbey Island and spent Wednesday in Seattle on the Parade of Ships. They do it every year during Seafair week (sort of like Fleet week I think). We had great food. It took forever, but was worth the wait. We are going to try and go again next year. I also met up with one of the Washington N4M Moms. I will try to remember to put a reminder on here next year. We rode the BonHomme Richard ( the same type of ship as the Boxer).
My heart breaks for all those lost. 6,144 ( I had NO idea the numbers were so high)

I 'm impressed with your results on the HCG Diet... what is it all about? Would love some info!
I, too, have been wearing glasses a million years (ok, its only 45 years) and have always had bad distance vision. Once I hit 40, the near vision went. I have "mono" contact lenses, but at my age, I want to SEE more than get rid of the glasses. My reading isn't great with the contacts. Some people have said I need to have them adjusted. Guess it isn't enough of a priority to me. Just don't have the time...
I'm ready for a cruise... or two! One with N4Ms and the tiger cruise sounds amazing (although I'd probably have to stand in line at my house. Everyone wants to go on one- and he's still in C school!!!)
