One of the moms on the Molly's page is looking for a pair of x-ray glasses to be able to see through the Pepsi boxes at the store to get the codes to vote.

Connie do you have any of those in your spy kit by chance?

Molly's Adopt a Sailor is in the running for a $50,000 grant from Pepsi that will be used to purchase items and for shipping cost to send the items to our military men and women.  We are currently in 9th place and need to keep moving up.  The contest will end tomorrow at midnight.  We need everyone that can vote to PLEASE vote.  You can go to the website refresheverything.com and register to vote, you can vote through facebook or you can text a vote in by sending it to 73774 and in the message type in 107637.  Thanks!

How heartbreaking for his family and the Boxer family.  To read what his mother wrote gave me goosebumps.  How special of her to reach out to thank others at this time.  Praying for the family during this difficult time.

Hello Ladies, Im finally finished with work heading home to pack for Whidbey Island to see my sailor for the week.

I'm sooooo sad for the USS Boxer sailor mom, she just posted on the Boxer site. My heart just breaks for his family.

Texas reporting for friday muster.....TGIF :-)

Looks like Hotwn will not get a direct hit from TS DON....moved further south; we will only get some of the outer rain bans.

Round 2 - so sad it makes me angry:

Texas reporting for Thursday morning muster.....

Thanks everyone for your kind words. It is really sad that our younger generation feels like there is no answer to their problems and no one can help them:(

Talked to Ryan yesterday, multiple times, is pretty depressed that he isn't here with family and friends. I asked him "to promise me that he would keep an open line of communications"....he said of course Mom!

He started his TAD on Monday and has to report by 5am...back to early mornings makes for long days!

Busy day ahead at work hopefully this will clear my mind some.
