Happy Hump Day Ladies.....

Matts Mom - Amen to needing a travel agent to assist our sailors coming & going!! Yay for your son coming home; mine too :-)

MNM - love the NY Fleet pics. Looks like she had a memorable experience. Thanks for sharing!

Talked to R briefly last night and he is on count down. Bless his heart he is ready for some home cooked meals and time to visit with family & friends; me too!!! Said he is keeping busy by working out, keeping room & uniforms cleaned and night Yeoman watch, sometimes flows into next morning.

Bryters my son is at Whidbey also and works with the P3s but is with a squadron.  Trying to book him a ticket to come home in about 3 weeks and coordinating the shuttle time with arriving at the airport  1 1/2 - 2 hours before flight leaves without having a long wait time is making my head spin.  Someone on here needs to be a travel agent and only book flights for our military coming home or families flying out to visit them so that we could get the best possible ticket price.

My waterfall has turned into seepage now. I'm not sure if I'm running out of tears or recovering. LOL Happy Tuesday everone.

The USPS has a program for military family members and friends to supply them with packaging materials to send packages to troops overseas, Sailors on ships, etc.

Just call 1-800-610-8734 and select option #1, then #1 again. Ask them for the "Military pack." They will send you 6 boxes, tape, packaging materials and labels. They will also give you an I.D. number so if your supply runs low, you just call them up and they'll send you more supplies. "FREE"
