Good morning Ladies! I have been up since 4 our time. I woke with a good feeling about BS21 and am now waiting "PaTieNtLyyyy" for the call from his girlfriend! I cant watch the clock because all of the numbers fell off or were erased overnight!

Thank you all for the great support and the thoughts for our "B". Will post when I hear something!

Hey Connie the fabric is great!  They love and appreciate anything that we send.  We don't get a lot of units that have females in them but sew them up anyway and hold on to them until we do.  It is hard not to buy girlie fabric when you go fabric shopping.  I just make them from time to time and stash them until needed.

Beautiful weather in Texas today.  We didn't get hardly any rain last week like they were predicting but we did get the cooler weather.  It has been in the high 50s low 60s in the mornings and that is unbelievable temperatures for Texas in the middle of May.  Too bad it want last but we will enjoy it while we can.

here's my new fabrics....oh my gosh i found the  "Pledge of Allegiance" fabric and a really cool coordinating one for the pillowcase band.
this one is "Navy" fabric with carriers and helo and planes...the coordinating fabric is red with white polka dots
my husband poo-poo the idea of more of a "headbanger" type fabric so i will go back later and get some of that too.....yea the Sailors like the patriotic stuff but they like the cool stuff too!!
and i really really want to use some "girlie-girl" fabric but i need all of your thoughts on that one....i mean i wouldn't want the gals to "called out" for some thing like that. do you think i need to stick to "gender neutral" fabrics?????

Good morning my girlies!!  got fabric yesterday to help with the Bush pillowcase project. Sissy is going to be my "sewing room helper"...she holds the seam gauge and thimble while i work.  Y'all have a beautiful day!!!
