My son just found out he is able to come home. He graduates on Friday.  He had to pay for his own ticket.  For airline tickets the cheap way, call the airline directly and ask for a military discount tickets for your sailors.  they are about half the cost of normal tickets. I found that Delta gives the best rates.  Good luck.

TxNvyMom2011: We just received "The Keel" (yearbook) on Friday July 1st. Our PIR was 5/6/2011. We received the DVD about 2 weeks before the yearbook. I hope this helps.

My Kelly sent me a picture on my phone today of her in her white uniform, she looks so nice, I am proud of her. Of course I sent it on to relatives too so they could see her. They all liked her picture. She might get to come home for a visit in August, she was sick so her grad date has changed.
