This is the final test for the recruits before they become sailors. It is an overnight drill held on a ship replica made by Disney, so it is very realistic....the recruits face every challenge that…Continue

I have been tied to this page since Thursday night. Have been honored to share every divisions joys & frustrations. It has helped prepare me for tonights BS, especially the challenges faced by Div55's ever changing schedule.
So realizing that there is nothing more to do than wait and that I need serenity now let me offer this, with special emphasis on Div 55, 57, 58 & 910:
God please surround us with your calm loving strength so we may rest fully tonight and be prepared to be shining examples of your perfect unconditional love for our sailors tomorrow. Amen.
Good night my friends <3
Got a call from my son this evening (div 054). He just finished eating pizza and sounded really good. Picked up his pictures today and said they will do their graduation practice on Thursday.
Prayers for the kiddo's going through battle stations tonight. Hang in there, this roller coaster is almost over!
Prayers also for safe travels!!! I know we are all getting ready to make our way to Great Lakes in the next day or so. My prayers are with you all.
Exciting times!!! :=)
Sorry for the moms/dads/significant others that had to wait out the day with no phone calls from div 055. They will go tonight and they will all do fine. When I come home from work tomorrow I look forward to seeing the many posts from the new SAILORS.
I had to ask my son, I told him that you all were going crazy and needed some answers so he found out for me that 055 did not go last night. He did not know the reason why, but said he believed they were going tonight. God is with this group of recruits as he was with the others and tomorrow all your worries will be over and you will celebrate your new SAILORS!!!
As hard as it may be try to get some rest and I will see you all tomorrow.
Good Evening Ladies (and dads)......last I checked in was around 12:30PST, so sorry to hear about 55. I can't imagine how frustrating this must be. I did see this on the RTC facebook page:
The Battle Stations schedule is set at least a month in advance and they do not always necessarily go in order. An entire training group of divisions will not get pushed to a different day from the schedule. If for whatever a reason one division's date got pushed, it doesn't mean all the rest of the divisions are pushed as well. Up to four divisions per night can go through Battle Stations.
So.....if 57-58 & 910 were scheduled for tonight, there is still room for 55. Here's hoping for a bunch of "Sailor" calls tomorrow.
