Punkin- if you can pay using paypal they can be shipped to the comfort inn in waukegan and you will have them in time for graduation. The ribbons are $5 each and shipping is $5 no matter how many ribbons you get. Just send me a friend request and you can click on my name and look at pictures of them but ask anyone they look much better in person.

punkinbaby, too bad you're not in the same division, I'd share one of mine with you.

My son said the dead man float was the easiest and the most fun part of the swim test because all he had to do was just turn off his brain and relax.  It's a wonder he didn't fall asleep !!!  karl, my son had to have SOMETHING that he was better at than your son .... lol

I hope all those swimmers make it...my heart says they will. But while a delay is tough at this point, the Navy will get any of them who don't through soon. Plus, my son thought they all got to call home to warn their families. So anyone who hasn't heard is most likely fine. My son mentioned that he didn't even pass swimming the first time...surprised me a lot. He is a California kid where they spend a lot of their life in pools. But I have heard the float is hard, not something you are used to doing.

I wish I had gotten on here sooner! Ribbons would have been cool to wear to the graduation!

Got my ribbons and also my little sailor embellishments for the scrapbook.  OMG, Lala made them look just like my son with his hair color, eye color and freckles as well.  They are beautiful!!! She even made them in dress blues to match for each stage of E-3, E-4 and E-5 as he completes A-school and Prototype School.  Got one in the blue fatigues and one in dress whites as well.
