My daughters PIR is 4/5 then A school in Pcola - not sure what her first choice will be - Perhaps Washington, CA or HI- she will be AD. I am sure her choices will be limited because of whatever type of aircraft she is trained on

Hello!!  So excited to have found this group!  My SR daughter is 2 weeks away from PiR on March 8th.  She will be training for IT in Pensacola.  How many of your daughters got assigned to their first choice after their A school training?

SoCal - My daughter is an MC.  I am so excited for her.  All along she has been hoping for over seas and was so happy when the billet to Spain was offered to her class.  It was her first choice and thankfully she got it.

My daughter graduates from A school March 7th she graduated boot camp at the end of August.  She has to report for duty March 31 Rota, Spain.  I am so excited for her, what an incredible journey she is embarking on.  For those of you just beginning boot camp, hang in there, that was a really tough 8 weeks for me.  She graduated high school and 2 weeks later was gone.  We survived and communication while at A school has been a blessing.  Best wishes to all and will keep you in my prayers.

Have  you received her address yet?  I'm glad you got a special note that made your day.  It's little things like that can be so important to us!!!
