Good Morning Ladies hope you all have a Great Tuesday! Spoke to my Son this weekend and all is well and is liking his classes. Hoping to see him this Holiday, not sure exactly the date, but he said for christmas. So hoping for a Great Holiday with him.

Hi Junogirl nice to be able to speak to someone in the same field. My son just Graduated Sept. 1st Div. 268. And I beleive he was going to be geting signed in today for his classes. yes they will be stationed there in Great Lakes. the campus is huge, they have a movie theatre, bowling alley, different restraunts such as Mcdonalds, subway. a place to get haircuts. just recently learned this by picking up my Sailor. From my understanding he mentioned school will be for 6 months at least that is what he was told. hope we can stay in touch. there are some great Ladies on this site who have the knowledge and answers so dont hesitate to ask.
Yes, my daughter is EM, but in Div 950. Her PIR is 10/20, Phoenixmom, so I have no advice to give. But am excited to know there's another mom here whose child is in EM school.
So Ladies is there anyone on here who has or had a son/Daughter as an EM? any info brought my way is appreciated, just trying to get a feel of what to look forward to or anything by that means....thanks Ladies!
Yes it is on, but I would like to thank You, I know I still have a while for my son to be off on a Ship but I'm sure with Ladies like you I will get by just fine with all the knowledge I know you all have. He my Sailor was amazed with all the stuff I have learned but I did have to mention all the Wonderful people on this website were the ones who have given me the knowledge. So thank you all.
Thank You Oleander for that info sure will come in Handy, just got back into town from Chicago. The Graduation was so Awesome! enjoyed my time with my Sailor, hated to leave but he looks well and is Excited to start on his mission.
