FOLLOW THESE STEPS TO GET STARTED:

Choose your Username.  For the privacy and safety of you and/or your sailor, NO LAST NAMES ARE ALLOWED, even if your last name differs from that of your sailor (please make sure your URL address does not include your last name either).  Also, please do not include your email address in your user name. Go to "Settings" above to set your Username.  While there, complete your Profile so you can post and share photos and videos of your Sailor and share stories with other moms!

Make sure to read our Community Guidelines and this Navy Operations Security (OPSEC) checklist - loose lips sink ships!

Join groups!  Browse for groups for your PIR date, your sailor's occupational specialty, "A" school, assigned ship, homeport city, your own city or state, and a myriad of other interests. Jump in and introduce yourself!  Start making friends that can last a lifetime.

OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility. 

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.  

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

Yes lets hope for that my fingers are crossed. I feel like saying goodbye was a lot harder this time then is has been before. Hope everyone stays busy so the time flies by. I know I will be trying to.

I cant even go on that site anymore cause they drive me crazy. Dont they realize that we are here and most likely know alittle more then they do about whats going on and most of their sailors just got into the navy and dont really know what is going on yet. Glad I am not the only one who gets annoyed.

Omg!! I know, I feel the exact same way, they really make me mad sometimes! Like the other week they were about to pull in and one of the moms was saying how "their sailor" said they wouldn't be back for a couple days and I said actually they will be pulling in within the hour and she still tried to prove me wrong! And then someone was like I see them on the webcam! Haha take that beotch! Ahhh venting feels better :)

Haha so yesterday steve was telling me how he had to dance in front of almost everyone on the ship for like 3 min. I guess they had this raffle type thing and you would buy tickets and vote for which first class has to do it and of course he was one of the people that got voted in hahaha. He said someone recorded it that he works with but wouldn't tell me who ha! I would die laughing if I saw it!
