Hello !! Congratulations to everyone who is getting to spend time with their sailors! I think we can all appreciate how exciting that must be...A BIG Congratulations to Ellie and CarlyRae on their weddings !!! I haven't been on here for quite a while and it was so much fun catching up...Ellie, the pictures are beautiful and it was incredibly exciting seeing my son in a couple of the them...He had told me about your wedding and how amazing it was...

After more then 28 years of marriage, to the same man..hahahahahahaha...I would suggest keeping laughter a priority...We find it to be a saving grace and fortunately we are completely on the same page with that...Not everything is funny but if you shift your perspective, you can find many ways to step back, take a few deep breaths and try to see the other persons point of view, ultimately, make light of as much as possible... Agree to disagree when necessary, respect each other always, live and Love as if today is all you have and spend as much time as you can enjoying a hearty giggle that leaves you pleasantly exhausted...One more suggestion...try to always appreciate each other...so many people take their significant other for granted and that can erode any relationship over time...the truth is..we really don't know how long we have ANYONE in our lives so I always find it comforting to appreciate everyone, more often then not...it's a great way to lift my spirits and theirs.....

Sooooooo...I hope everyone is Happy and Healthy and I hope all the Sailors are too !! My son finally classed up last week after being on hold for 2 months. He started Aircrew school and is very Happy !! I miss him alot...I'm just glad that he is on such an amazing journey and he loves it......Sending good wishes to ALL......xoxoxoxox

I too have the joy of having my son home from Goose Creek, SC for about 26 hours.  he flew home this morning and will drive back from VA to SC tomorrow.  He has to be back on base before 8:00 for 3 hours of mandatory study hours.  Nuclear School is much more intense than expected.    My other son is home from college so for the first time since November 5th I have all four of my kids together again.   My daughters are thrilled to have the brothers both home.     I am thankful for the short time we have and the blessings of family unity preserved through the miles and time.  Praise God for His mercies to us and praying for all of you.
