See this group is not very active in posts. Anyone have someone still assigned to Walter Reed? My daughter reported in July.
My son got to Bethesda on 3/15 and seems to really like it. We are going to go and visit at end of July and we are very excited:) Does anyone know of vacation homes you can rent - preferably for a pool for the younger kids. I did call the Navy Lodge - anyone know how high is the possibility that we would have to move our reservations elsewhere? Thanks:)
my sailor girl is coming home for Turkey Day...yea...haven't seen her since last Christmas!!
My daughter heads out tomorrow on the cross country drive to Bethesda.
Keoquilts that is great! How is your daughter settling in? My daughter is home on leave and leaves out this weekend to drive out. Can you tell me what their barracks are like, are they like A school?
My daughter just arrived in Bethesda this last weekend. Her bf is at Ft. Belvoir.
She checks in this weekend. Looking forward to the next phase of her career. She is anxious to start her work...we are anxious to visit the DC area soon.
Hi all! My daughter is graduating Oct 3 and just got her soft orders for Bethesda. Hoping that some of you can give me some insight on what she can expect when she gets there. Maybe I can put her in touch with a couple of people too. Thanks and looking forward to getting to know you!
My son just graduated FMTB East yesterday, and today is at Bethesda for his first base!
