I received a phone call in the middle of my class and I couldn't help it...I took it! But...it wasn't my SR. I thought maybe they might have had BS early.  My students, as young as they are, understand why their teacher is answering her phone in the middle of class. They are so sweet and I am so crazy with anticipation!
My blue candle is burning.  Good luck to everyone, I won't be sleeping tonight.

Hey Everyone!

I am SOOO Sorry I haven't been on... it's been nuts over here!   I just wanted to let everyone know I am thinking about all of our SR's tonight!!  They are going to kick ass and take names!!!  HOOYAH!!!

Wahoooooooooooooooooooooo 925!
Well my husband went on and on and on and on about his friends at bootcamp.  And on, and on and on....it was kind of annoying actually b/c I really wanted to talk about other things and he kept interrupting me to talk about his friends, so they must have really made an impact on him.

LOL My SR is soooooooo glad to be going AWAY from some of hers in her Div.!  :)  LOL  Glad we all made it.

We leave tomorrow night, via Amtrak, to GL.. we'll get there Thurs. morning, head to the hotel and we will be there at the Ramada for the meet and greet! wahooooooooooooooooooooooo Can't wait to meet and hug all you girls! :)

Got the call!!!! They did great! My son said they were up for 36 hours and if I understood him correctly (funky connection), they got 4.8 out of 5? Maybe someone can clarify that.   He was headed for the Nex to buy some candy because now he is 'allowed' to.  He still sounds like he has a really bad cold, but he sounded soooo good! Oh, I think I'm gonna pop!  :-D
Yes my husband said he's been up for 24 hours at least, he sounded really tired.   he said they haven't been doing much but eatting cookies all week, since after they passed PFA they just sat around waiting for BS....I told him he better stay sexy at least until after I get him alone in the hotel, then he can eat all the cookies he wants =P
(((((((group hug))))))!!!! okay, i'm giddy...
I still have not heard anything from my wife in ship 02 division 925

Hey Everyone!

(((GROUP HUG)))!!!    I got my call about 3:15 'ish and talked for about 30 minutes. Ashley sounded AWFUL! She has bronchitis and said practically the whole division is sick with the crud, but they all trooped through BS21. What an AMAZING group of kids I tell ya!

Fred, she said Anna was pretty sick too. I asked her how she was. She said everyone is sick but Anna got it a little worse than the others. She still did what she had to do.. what a gal I tell ya!! I can't wait to meet her!

I am SO Happy for all of us... what an incredible 9 weeks huh?  Now let's not just all fade away... I know I havent been on much, but life is going back to normal here and I plan on staying in touch!

I can't wait to meet you all!

CONGRATS to all of your SAILORS!!!

Love you all!

(((((Group Hug)))) right back at ya!! I got y call around 3:15 also. She also talked for about 30 minutes and was then calling her boyfriend!! Marissa was awful sounding too!! She also has bronchitis and said she is on 3 medications for it. She said she was in bed sick with fever all weekend (103.3 temp) She also said everyone is sick down there!! She was told that the SR's that are going to Texas for MA Schooling that there is no room for them  right now on base and in the classroom & that they are going to a hotel when they 1st get there. Not sure when they will start their classes/training. Anyone else hear anything about that?

I really would like to stay in touch with you all!! Cant wait to meet everyone at the meet & greet at the Ramada Thursday night!! We are leaving PA Thursday morning @ 4:00 am. Looking at a 12 hour drive. Hoping to be at the hotel by 5:00-6:00. My husband did nit get to talk to her AGAIN!! He had his phone with him @ work in his front shirt pocket and he bent over & it fell right in a bucket of water!! Needless to say the phone quit working & he was not able to get her call!! :-(

But atleast he knows now that he will be seeing her in 2 days!!

Congrats to you all for our SAILORS!!!

Love to you all & see you Thursday!!! Woo Hoo we made it through!!

Cheryl
