Each block is filled with so much worry for parents and wives.  Our guys know what they have to do and will do it!!  It's the waiting that makes me crazy!  My son just finished SERE. They split the class in half.  One half did SERE 1st and the other half did CQD 1st. He was 1 of the lucky ones who was able to do it before CQD and get it over with.  I can't believe 3 more weeks!!!  Your guys will be there before you know it.  Its only 6 weeks away and the time goes quickly.  Good luck to all 283.  Hooyah!!!!!!

Our tough guy's younger brother is gloating how he already has his  Airborne wings before his big, bad S**L wannabe bro....so it helps us keep these things in perspective! After all these guys have been through, this is the  *fun* part for them! (I'm with you on the praying end of things though...lol)

I have this need today to be connected to other Moms.... My son called twice last night.  My husband said a few nerves are good because if you are too confident you don't focus enough....

Good morning. KT I used VRBO.com and have in the past as well. We have decided to stay in Mission Beach so we don't have to drive so far to some of the attractions. We found a nice duplex right on the beach and they gave us a sm discount when we asked for it. I know not all owners will do that....we were lucky. Good luck.

my3sons....just about all they do terrifies me!!! LOL When D gets excited about this stuff I tell him he's just not right....well you all aren't right!!! hahahahahaha Thank God for these brave men that enjoy doing this!!!

Thanks for the info

FYI: Just reading through Class 282 and their graduation discussions. Apparently, their guys have been told that there is  a 9 person cap on the number of family members attending.  I believe, through other class chats, that it used to be 5 invitations with many names listed on the invitations so you could include as many as you wanted.  I have just called my family members and told them to hold off on plane tickets as things may have changed.  If anyone finds out differently, please please post....
