Thank you for all and any support.  My daughter didnt know the young man but he is her shipmate and to me that is family so if we all can pull together and give a bit and let him know we are trying to help it will at least ease some stress financially.  From what I have read on the reagan site he lost his girlfriend in a car accident previously- now his family.  I cannot imagine his pain at this moment, I pray continually for him.

@lindalav - I will certainly go the website and purchase something!  My sympathies are with this young man at this time!  Thanks for bringing it to our attention!

This is an online Party with a Purpose....
Please help support The Reynolds Family. Sean Reynolds is a shipmate of my daughter. He has lost His family that was in a head on collision in TX on their way to meet him for his homecoming from serving our country on the US Ronald Reagan. He has lost his brother and parents and needs help with all of the expenses. Please help me to raise money for this young man who is serving our country.

Hi!  My son went to MEPS in mid-Aug.  Needs medical waiver because he has seen a chiropractor...Got them the information they requested and are now waiting.  My son is sooo anxious and worried that he won't be accepted.  The chiropractor visits were "wellness" visits as opposed to "fixing" any problems, so I hope this doesn't hinder him.  I just try and keep his spirits up and I see that many people have had quite a wait for a waiver...so we wait.  It will be nice to be on this site to talk to people in the same situations and from the same general area.  Thanks for all the info you can give me!

Thanks Jackie -- I dont think I can make that one, but I'm just "testing the waters here in the Orlando area" to see if we could get one together -- I'm thinking of end of Sept --if not, then maybe in October!

I am so happy to have found this group, this is all new to me, my oldest son is waiting for his date for bootcamp, as Hospital Corpsman.  Thank you for helping us new moms get accustomed to having more groceries in the house than what we know what to do with....with our son out of the house, our grocery bill will be reduced  LOL....
