Hello me girls....
Lynne I am jumping on the "SORRY" boat. Been busy ...fatigued...etc lately, no drive...Geez but I's thinks I start begging for a HUGE turn out!!!
I really hope you guys have read up on the adoption for Feb...If not..here it goes
Its the USS CLEVELAND!!!!!
AND YES Shirley's son Kyle is aboard, so kinda HITS home doesn't it. So please ladies one of our own's ship.
The Chaplain aboard has been a great contact and when asked What particlars do you want for your crew? He did respond...Well I had some of those 5 hours energy drinks and they went like HOT CAKES, SO YES< they are asking for 5 hours energy drinks!!!! Mollys Adopt a sailor is doing pillowcases, Shirley has been a busy beaver "customing" a ton of them. I myself, we bring some 5hr energy stuff and some "regular basic" needs for the sailors, I will also bring some of those white T's....guys on ships REALLY do need them, part of their daily uniform, whether in coveralls or working blues......So come one COME all...come support the USS CLEVELAND oh and PS.
The chaplain also said, that over the holidays another large org. was "supposed' to be sending the ship packages, only the Cleveland received NOTHING...They are coming to a close of their LONG deployment so mailing quickly and swiftly is a MUST!!! So please join us.♥
Donna...sorry the event said close....I will talk with Shirley and see what's up!!

Mary, I've been at it 4 weeks now. Yes to your question. Doing 2-3+ hrs. of homework every day but I don't mind, I like it (so far). Yes, it's still 225 per minute.

Shirley I have an alert that you set up RSVP for Feb 13th but it brings me right back here and I don't see anything under discussion forum or anywhere else. I'll be happy to RSVP but please tell me where it is.

Diane, is the pillowcases for Molly's not the same as the Heads at Ease that Sue Lamberson started? I know they have sent out thousands of pillowcases to all military.

Welcome Debbie. I do believe there is a Tampa group that does meetings. But, relying on my memory sometimes is a bad thing. Perhaps other moms here can help you with that.
