Sounds like you gals are having lots of fun!! LOL I received my son's form letter yesterday and his note at the bottom really gave me some relief! He says: "Having the time of my life" and ends with Cold as F*** So glad he is having fun and must be ok as he still has a sense of humor.

Rene, welcome. I sooo know how you feel. Our son was in BC this time last year and it was tuff but we carried on because of our daughters. However, hopefully your next year will turn out like ours as our son got 2 weeks leave and is home now. He leaves in 2-3 days so that's our hard part.

Official Merry Christmas to everybody!

We've been staying up because we have 3 sets of neighbors that we always prank and they prank us too. We all have a great time with each other. We came home from church tonight to find our wooden reindeers humping. This morn they'd put earrings (my Christmas bulbs) on the reindeers. I put boobies made out of coffee pot liners and a rolled up joint on the one neighbors blow up dog and the boobies and Easter grass down below on the other neighbors blow up reindeer. We love our neighbors.

Lil, our son had his car at PNS for his A schooling. Our sons car is in his and my husbands name. We had to have a certified letter, which may have been to go get the sticker without us there (can't really remember). But, yes, he had to show his title with his name on it. Having worked in a bank I would say don't even try the refinance option-it's not worth it. I would recommend that his ask his commander for a suggestion. Otherwise the place where he goes to check into it is at the entrance to the air station base. He can check there today (they aren't open on weekends).

I will keep both of you in my prayers. I have been thinking about this all day and I could not respond when I read about your illness earlier. I know that all of us know the power of prayer and that prayer changes things.

Terry and Jen! You are in my thoughts and prayers.
Please keep us up to date with your progress.
As for Jennifer, she lives quite close to me. And I have to admit that i have not be "up on Jen" I do and did know her health has been an REAL issue for quite some time and feel REAL bad for NOT checking up on her. so now I will make sure she does NOT go through this alone. diane is here...I will call her check on her, take her to lunch ( Jen and I have a "special place") and a special drink, so I will pick that back up with her. Jen if you read this I AM truly SORRY. I feel like I have been so consumed with my own life that I have let a few great friends slip through the cracks...be in touch

Lynne-whoop whoop...so happy for you! I know at this very moment you're probably sitting there looking like the Cheshire Cat with this big ole grin on your face. I know I was all Sunday waiting for Justin's arrival. Enjoy him.
