FOLLOW THESE STEPS TO GET STARTED:

Choose your Username.  For the privacy and safety of you and/or your sailor, NO LAST NAMES ARE ALLOWED, even if your last name differs from that of your sailor (please make sure your URL address does not include your last name either).  Also, please do not include your email address in your user name. Go to "Settings" above to set your Username.  While there, complete your Profile so you can post and share photos and videos of your Sailor and share stories with other moms!

Make sure to read our Community Guidelines and this Navy Operations Security (OPSEC) checklist - loose lips sink ships!

Join groups!  Browse for groups for your PIR date, your sailor's occupational specialty, "A" school, assigned ship, homeport city, your own city or state, and a myriad of other interests. Jump in and introduce yourself!  Start making friends that can last a lifetime.

OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility. 

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.  

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

Ok...girls..Please mark your calendars for Sat. Nov 14...towards the early evening...Still planning the finer details. Our Holiday Sailors really need our support and we have a "special" request, I think is REALLY exciting and I KNOW as a group, Central Florida Molly's Moms can really fill the need that our Sailors have!!!!! I know this is going to be an awesome event..Lots of special things going on, so please mark Nov14 as TAKEN on ALL your calendars!!!!! I think we can all give up a few hours, Our Sailors give every day-minute of their lives for US! ♥

jsrmom-we too had thought of doing that for our son as a Christmas/graduation present (he graduated BC in January) but we'd heard yes and no's so we didn't do it. Plus since our son is an IT we figured he wanted to pick his own out and that was a good call. He did buy his own laptop while in Pensacola for his A schooling at the base. I will tell you that in A school he will need to make sure, if you get him one, that he gets a padlock as I've heard of thefts before of those kind of things. I know you just can hardly wait-you'll have your arms around your son soon.

Molly and I have been chatting about UNO's and I believe as a GROUP we central Florida moms should all go to UNOs and participate...What get publishize Mollys Adopt a Sailor...I can contact my Orlando Sentinel person..What do you think ladies....ready to smile and pose for the camera...OH and I will also contact the lady from FOX news that I did the interview with...She particully ask me to call her will the goings of MOllys Adopt a Sailor....
so keep your Calendar open ladies...We will be coming to an UNO's near US...

Mary, I am a bit confused with the start..you wrote Wed.....in kissimmee right??? JUst let me know....this wednesday or she informed you Wednesday, its only MONday and I am blonde...LOL

Yes...packing party appox. set for the 14th. NO ONE has to bring anything....JUST yourselve-lots of love and support for our sailors....I am saying approx th 14 because it doesn't seem that OUR mary can make it that day...And it would NOT be the same without her....So We may change it up...Just for you MARY, do you feel special...LOL
Anyways, I have been real real busy at work and life lately and have not had much time if any to check in here..but trying and I am still around.. MOST of you have my celly so please call if you anyone needs anything!!! Most of you know that already....I am always here to lend support or if you need to vent..and stomp your feet...LOL
