OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

I had an accident over 15 years ago, driving a school bus, I had a shoulder injury and had those injections.....they were great...a few were painful but in the end 1 needle to 100's of pills.....lets see.......??
feel better PAM.....

Mary, thanks for letting me know. My doc said sometimes it could last up to 2 yrs sometimes less (I'm terrified of needles, let alone a big one-but if I need it and it'll help guess that's what I'll do).

Barb, a co-worker recommended accupunture today to me also. May end up there who knows.

I'm afraid to say that I, too, feel your pain Pam. My MRI shows that I have bulging, and herniated discs and tears as well caused from the accident. No wonder my hip hurts and I waddle like a duck. Cortizone injections are happening in 2 weeks-eek! But, I do have a very high tolerance for pain however.

OMG how awesome is that article. My daughter thought it was pretty cool too. Thanks for all your hard work everybody. I'll show up to help and with $$ instead of donations this time.

Pam, take care of yourself.
