*NEWS ALERT* I have information on how to get our postage paid for the boxes sent to the troops. There are rules with the Pepsi grant that we have to follow. First of all, to qualify it has to be a packing party. And it has to be for the designated group of the month on "Molly's" site. I have started the process to get postage paid for the packing party that Sally and I are having on Oct. 23. Please join us and get your postage paid (please). Pat

Hi Everyone, Today Molly's Adopt A Sailor was confirmed as a $50,000 WINNER in the Pepsi refresh everything challenge!! For everyone who voted a big THANK YOU!!!

There has been a little confusion this month because in addition to the regular monthly group (Love and Hope from Afghanistan) we received a pretty urgent need request for the "Wounded Warriors". When the Oct. group is announced I am planning on sending out a message with the info. Pat

Hey Sally, glad you dropped in, hope your leg is feeling better soon. It is no fun when you are in pain. What are you sewing?

Paula, how are you doing? I am so sorry it has to be so hard. I would not want to live that way either. He has lived a wonderful full life so that is what you and Holly have to remember. The Lord will take him when it is his time, just be with him and talk to him and just remind him how much you love him, he will go in peace.

Dear Paula, As a nurse, I know how difficult it is for family's to put the patient's welfare ahead of their own grief. That is NOT a criticism, it is such a horrible position to be in when you love someone so much. I am in Carol Stream so if you need anything, please let me know. Will continue to keep you and your family in my thoughts and prayers. Pat

Chitown, I will keep your husband in my prays and thoughts. 33 years that is wonderful. How did it go?

Paula S, I am so sorry, I will keep him in my prays and thoughts. I hope God wraps his arms around him. Let us know how things are going.

Lauren loves France I knew she would. Diana how is she doing?

Stephen would like a job in Jacksonville FL, he would be doing his job from a chopper, keep your fingers crossed he really wants it and I want it, it will get him closer to home. So far he still have his stones, I wish they would just pass already.
