FOLLOW THESE STEPS TO GET STARTED:

Choose your Username.  For the privacy and safety of you and/or your sailor, NO LAST NAMES ARE ALLOWED, even if your last name differs from that of your sailor (please make sure your URL address does not include your last name either).  Also, please do not include your email address in your user name. Go to "Settings" above to set your Username.  While there, complete your Profile so you can post and share photos and videos of your Sailor and share stories with other moms!

Make sure to read our Community Guidelines and this Navy Operations Security (OPSEC) checklist - loose lips sink ships!

Join groups!  Browse for groups for your PIR date, your sailor's occupational specialty, "A" school, assigned ship, homeport city, your own city or state, and a myriad of other interests. Jump in and introduce yourself!  Start making friends that can last a lifetime.

OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility. 

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.  

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

Pat, Best wishes to your husband. Hope he's having the new laporoscopic replacement instead of the big incision type. Recovery is so much quicker.

Happy Monday! Congrats on the anniversary and to all of you who have worked hard to keep your marriages going! I will celebrate my 15th anniversary of my divorce in March 2011...lol.

Hubby is having a hip replacement today so please send good thoughts and prayers this way. We just celebrated 33 years together. He's a great guy!

Happy Anniversary Debbie...that is good but, sad your the only ones left. We hit 25 in July. Feels like 50. LOL Any news on the kidney stones??? Diane hows the empty nester thing going??

Everyone have a great Sunday, off to my brothers today out in Sugar Grove. Was my anniversary yesterday we went to the show (The Town) very good and then went out for ribs, very good!!! 28 years! Good Times!

JulieR, thanks I am going to talk to the art teacher this week and see if we can do cards again. I am not sure what the school is doing yet I gave them several option, but I think for sure we could send the ship the cards, I will let you know. thanks for helping me out.

hi everyone i was told i should stop being a voyer on this group and start posting again...so I am posting. I remember reading her post coco your not crazy. Jason testing yesterday for advancement, hope he did well.
