hi.....need cliff notes....
I went to a meeting last night for the Welcome Home event. It is going to be absolutely fabulous! SO much bigger and better than last year due to the change in venue.
To the Moms attending: The "Molly's" tent will be at the end near the Vietnam traveling wall. And you do not need to sign in at the Registration tent, just head on over to our tent.
Hi Paula, So nice to hear from you. Yes, I met Natalie at the Gary Sinise concert. I had several cards in my pocket and somehow managed to lose them. So I am very glad she tracked me down.
BTW, Welcome Home for the Troops event at Cantigny on Sept. 29 from 9AM to 10PM. We would love it if you could stop by!!!!
Pat did you know that a lady on the IL group is looking for you???
She wants to get involved with packing parties.
Hi everyone!!!!! I have to go back and do some catching up here. Want to find out when you all are getting together next and hoping to join you.
My son is on deployment so I am going through the blues. It helps to go on a few of the Navy websites and look up the ships current photo's. His ship has been involved with 2 different excersises one in the Ukraine with 18 other countries and one in Israel so there were articles and pictures on the internet and my son was in 4 pictures so that was cool.
I think about you guys you are so much fun but I am usually in too much pain at night to go out late but I am hoping to at least sot by for an hour next time you get together.
Can someone send me the info for the next time you are meeting incase I can't find it going through old messages???
HUgs Paula2
Thetwoj, Just be prepared.............you are gonna laugh and have a great time!!!!
