FOLLOW THESE STEPS TO GET STARTED:

Choose your Username.  For the privacy and safety of you and/or your sailor, NO LAST NAMES ARE ALLOWED, even if your last name differs from that of your sailor (please make sure your URL address does not include your last name either).  Also, please do not include your email address in your user name. Go to "Settings" above to set your Username.  While there, complete your Profile so you can post and share photos and videos of your Sailor and share stories with other moms!

Make sure to read our Community Guidelines and this Navy Operations Security (OPSEC) checklist - loose lips sink ships!

Join groups!  Browse for groups for your PIR date, your sailor's occupational specialty, "A" school, assigned ship, homeport city, your own city or state, and a myriad of other interests. Jump in and introduce yourself!  Start making friends that can last a lifetime.

OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility. 

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.  

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

Seabee, have a wonderful time! Take lots of pictures I would love to see them. I have heard stories from Paula it sound like a blast.

Ok so what does everyone think if I shave my head tomorrow for St Baldricks day ? Will my husband let me back in the house tomorrow? I can't wait to have a green beer!

Yes Mary bring index cards with your name and address and phone #. Your sailors name and what he does, some put a whole history on their cards. LOL I will have to do somemore to pass out. Can't wait to meet up. So it is this Sat., at 4:00? Mary bring lots of pictures would love to see them, when I come back from Italy you will have a lot of pictures to look at.

Yes Diane I see them! I bet that is hard for her, I think we talked about her last time we were together. What does he do? I know there is a sub base on Sicily.

Diane, yes she is very cute and your son is very handsome! Too bad she cannot come, would love to have her. Stephen is in Naples, but has been to Sicily, he has a friend there he went to A school with, I will have to tell you his last name when we are together and the boys will have to see if they know each other. How long has her fiance been there?
