FOLLOW THESE STEPS TO GET STARTED:

Choose your Username.  For the privacy and safety of you and/or your sailor, NO LAST NAMES ARE ALLOWED, even if your last name differs from that of your sailor (please make sure your URL address does not include your last name either).  Also, please do not include your email address in your user name. Go to "Settings" above to set your Username.  While there, complete your Profile so you can post and share photos and videos of your Sailor and share stories with other moms!

Make sure to read our Community Guidelines and this Navy Operations Security (OPSEC) checklist - loose lips sink ships!

Join groups!  Browse for groups for your PIR date, your sailor's occupational specialty, "A" school, assigned ship, homeport city, your own city or state, and a myriad of other interests. Jump in and introduce yourself!  Start making friends that can last a lifetime.

OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility. 

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.  

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

Did a little shopping with my daughter yesterday just up in Crestwood, she is in from school, did I say a little shopping do you every really do a little shopping when it comes to your kids. LOL Hope everyone is doing good!

Paula you are very smart! They is a very good idea to donate call cards, you are very nice Michelle. I just finished with a project for the Nimitz I did 50 goody bags and send 300 Christmas Cards, it was a lot of work but it was worth it.

WOW, he is done with P-Cola that is so wonderful and leaving for SanDiego, I heard that is a really nice base, good luck to him. Does he get to come home for a few days?

Hi Cathy, how are you doing? I go to Gurnee Mills every year with a friend and spend the day, and then go to dinner, don't buy as much anymore but we enjoy the day together.

Hey no hi to Paula and me what is going on with that Annie. LOL Good girl I am glad you are done, I think I am just about done so I am happy about that but I am not doing too much this year, I might start baking next week, my daughter will be home and she can help.

LOL good luck with that one Paula!!!!! I would like to see that picture. Thanks Paula I will not bother you anymore about it I know you are looking, I keep looking also on he web sites.

We are not doing Christmas gifts this year either, we are saving for Italy. I will buy for the little ones. What I did was when Stephen PIR from bc I bought all four of them t-shirts from the NEX, they will love them and then I will add a little to that. We do a white elephant with my husband side of the family and I am not doing anything on my side of the family. Well you asked Michelle. Michelle are you saying that Paula and I talk too much. LOL

Well lets set something up for January as long as the weather holds outs. It was so nice meeting everyone cannot wait to do it again.

Paula that was so nice, even tho I love my son I don't think he would think of sending flowers I don't even get a card, but he does call, poor me!!!! LOL
