Have a safe Memorial Day Weekend. I will be thinking of all the men and women fighting to preserve our way of life.

Donna,
P.S. Have you forgotten? You were going to send me your girls address, so I can send them a gift? I am pretty busy the next couple of days. My son's best friend is leaving to go to Afghanistan. I am working tomorrow afternoon 1-5 then dinner with family - my sister is here from out of town. If your number has not changed, I'll try to call you again next week. Besides, I have had some drama of my own to contend with. Now I really need that wine.

Donna, I have a bone to pick with you. You were not removed from the New Moms Stop Here Group. I haven't "lurk" here for months so this is the first that I see you are upset about something. I have been busy with work. YOU know that. I see you have removed yourself as my friend. What gives? I am ticked off with you for never visiting us on the New Moms Stop Here group. Until recently, Abby and I spent a lot of time posting welcoming messages. The three of us were suppose to work on things together. It was OK since you were moving. Just a periodic "Hi. I am alive and kicking would have been nice." You don't call (you have my home number). You cell phone sometimes just rings - no voice mail - no nothing. No private N4M message. NOTHING! So Abby and I worry about you and you think it's about politics. Have you forgotten I voted for Bush? and Reagan? I have been a register Rep for 40 years. It's about you having time to post here but completely ignoring your other friends. Abby deleted everyone on the Vintage Moms who hadn't posted in the last two weeks. I can't stand people who join a group and then don't post - it makes the people who post feel like idiots - performing monkeys.
FYI for everybody. I consider myself a Conservative Republican. Many oipinions expressed here I agree with - other opinions I completely disagree with. So what? As long as we get this country back on track - that is all I care about. A few of my ideas are probably too far to the right even for you guys. On the other hand, some of ideas are "liberal" - I like to think of them as "middle of the road" -----
I am hot under the collar - better go get a glass of wine.
Regards, BunkerBee

Jessica (my wife) wanted me to add these pictures of charts that Congressman Bob Goodlatte used on Saturday (May 22, 2010) at the 6th District Convention to illustrate the irresponsible spending of the Democrats. I think the charts speak for themselves, although Bob had two young people hold them up to witness to the fact that it would be their burden to pay these debts off.

and this one

Murtha was a marine, no?
Comment by CCR on April 26, 2010 at 8:53pm
well Deb, I went back 4 pages and you posted the story on Murtha. sorry to be redundant! LOL
Comment by CCR on April 26, 2010 at 8:45pm
Not very happy the Navy is naming a ship after Murtha.... I feel its not a very good pick, considering all the other choices. Why not name it after someone who was a GReat role model?
